Today on 14th May market witnessed heavy selling pressure in the 2nd half after taking cues from the European market as all of them were trading deep in the red by the time we closed. Market depth was very poor and almost every four stocks declined against each advancing stocks. Nifty closed down 85 points and Sensex lost 271 points.

 

 
NIFTY VIEW FOR 17-05-2010

 

Nifty closed well below all important support levels and if the cues from Asian markets remained negative we may open gap down. Please avoid positional buying and allow the market to stabilize. Nifty support levels for intraday are 5026- 5009- 4977- 4917 and Resistance levels are 5120-5132-5192.

 

 

 

 

BANKNIFTY FUTURE: - Intraday levels for today are support at 9436-9325-9210 and resistance levels are 9620-9655-9770.
