Today on 17th May Nifty closed in the red. Nifty opened gap down on global cues but in the last hour market regained the lost ground and filled the early morning gap which was at 5059. Nifty closed down 33 points and Sensex lost 160 points.

 

 
NIFTY VIEW FOR 18-05-2010

 

 

Nifty was not able to close below 4980 (200 DMA) Major resistance at 5095. Please avoid positional buying and allow the market to stabilize. Nifty support levels for intraday are 5030-4966-4917-4900 and Resistance levels are 5094-5130-5158.

 

 

 

 

BANKNIFTY FUTURE: - Intraday levels for today are support at 9426-9383-9298-9169 and resistance levels are 9469-9555-9641-9684.
